Borek Materials

5 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of salt

About 2.5 cups of water

To drive between:

100g melted butter (or margarine)

3 tablespoons of oil

Inner material:

4 boiled potatoes

Enough parsley

1 teaspoon red chilli flakes

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt

For the top:

1 egg yolk

Very little olive oil

Sesame, black seed

Preparation of

Knead a soft dough from flour, water and salt.

Divide the kneaded dough into 6 meringues and roll it out the size of a pastry plate.

Put the place you will put on the counter by applying the butter and oil mixture and put the meringue you opened on it.

Open the other meringues the size of a pastry plate and apply plenty of butter and oil mixture to each layer.

Grease the last meringue and wait 10 minutes.

. Peel the boiled potatoes for the inner material and crush them with the help of a fork.

Add the finely chopped parsley and other ingredients and mix.

Open the meringues you have greased and kept waiting one by one with your hand. (We don’t use a rolling pin because it’s oily)

Gently pull the dough towards the edges with your hand. Try to open it as thin as you can.

Whether you fold the dough you opened in the shape of a ‘D’ and put the inner material, as I did, put the inner material on the tip and roll it up.

Shape it as shown in the picture and place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. (You can also do the shaping process around yourself, starting from the centre of the tray)

Spread the egg yolk and olive oil mixture on it and sprinkle with sesame, black cumin.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Bon appetit.
