Das Eiwei\u00df mit einer Prise Salz steif schlagen. Butter mit Zucker und Vanillezucker sehr schaumig schlagen. Das Eigelb vorsichtig hinzu geben und kr\u00e4ftig weiter schlagen. Mehl mit Backpulver und Puddingpulver mischen und nach und nach unter die Buttermasse geben. Milch langsam hinzuf\u00fcgen und als letztes den Eischnee vorsichtig unterheben. Den Teig in eine sehr gut gefettete Kastenform geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Pfirsiche gut abtropfen lassen. Achteln und auf der Masse verteilen.
