Jetzt die Butter mit Vanillezucker, Zucker und etwas Salz schaumig r\u00fchren. Dann die Eier nach und nach darunter r\u00fchren. Das Mehl, Backpulver und Vanillepuddingpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut verr\u00fchren und die Milch nach und nach hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Nun die \u00c4pfel waschen, sch\u00e4len, enkernen und die nach Belieben in St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Apfelst\u00fccke mit einem Teigschaber unter den R\u00fchrteig heben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Zuletzt den R\u00fchrteig mit den Apfelst\u00fccken in die Springform f\u00fcllen und auf mittlerer Einschubleiste 40 bis 50 Minuten lang backen.
