Schale (1 St Bio Zitrone (Schale davon)<br>200 g Mehl<br>400 ml Milch<br>8 EL Milch<br>1 Packung Puddingpulver<br>5 EL Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen<br>etwas Puderzucker<br>1 Glas Sauerkirsche eingelegt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Eier trennen, Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen, 2 EL Zucker zugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Butter, 170 g Zucker und Zitronenschale schaumig schlagen, dann die Eigelbe nacheinander unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mehl und 5 EL Milch abwechselnd unterr\u00fchren. Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 Nun das Puddingpulver mit 2 EL Zucker und 3-4 EL Milch glatt r\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als n\u00e4chstes die restliche Milch aufkochen, das anger\u00fchrte Puddingpulver einr\u00fchren, nochmals aufkochen und 1 Minute kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Pudding auf dem Teig verteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die abgetropften Kirschen dar\u00fcber streuen. Mit Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 Backen bei 175\u00b0 (vorgeheizt) ca. 1 Stunde.
