Vanillezucker<br>200 g Spekulatius<br>400 g Beeren, gemischt, TK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gesamtzeit ca. 8 Stunden 30 Minuten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sahne steif schlagen, Mascarpone, Quark, Zucker und Vanillezucker verr\u00fchren, Sahne unterheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In eine eckige Auflaufform ca. 3 EL von der Creme verteilen, dar\u00fcber eine Schicht Spekulatius legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Beeren darauf verteilen (kann man gut mit den gefrorenen Fr\u00fcchten schon am Vorabend zubereiten, es zieht dann gut durch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restliche Creme darauf streichen und mit Spekulatius bedecken. 4-5 Std. oder \u00fcber Nacht k\u00fchl stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor dem Servieren mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonders sch\u00f6n sieht es aus, wenn man mit einer Schablone noch Sterne aus Kakao aufst\u00e4ubt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zutaten&nbsp; 200 g Sahne250 g Mascarpone250 g Quark (Magerquark)100 g Zucker1 Pck.
