Als erstes die Butter mit den Schneebesen des Handmixers schaumig schlagen. Dann 50 g Puderzucker und Vanillezucker unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Jetzt Puddingpulver und Mehl unterkneten, den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und ca. 1 Stunde kalt stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Jeweils eine kleine Portion Teig zwischen den H\u00e4nden zur Kugel formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben.<br>Danach eine Gabel leicht mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und die Teigkugel damit flach dr\u00fccken und Rest Teig ebenso verarbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
